The closing date for submission of online application is 08-09-2025 @23:59 Hrs. The last date for fee payment for submitted applications is 10-09-2025.

What are the dates for modification of application?

The modification window will open after the closing date, from 11.09.2025 to 20.09.2025. Candidates can edit all details (except those in ‘Create an Account’ and chosen RRB) by paying a fee of Rs. 250 per modification.

Can I apply if my final results are expected after 08 September 2025?

No, candidates waiting for final results are not eligible. All educational/technical qualifications must be acquired by the last date of application submission.

What are the requirements to ‘Create an Account’?

Candidates must have their own mobile number and a valid, active personal email ID.

I created an account for an earlier Railway recruitment. Should I create a new account for CEN 03/2025?

No. If you created an account in 2024 or 2025 with RRB for any of its notifications, use the same login details.

What is the process to ‘Create an Account’?

Under ‘Apply Button’, choose ‘Create an Account’, enter all asked details (including mobile and email), and submit the OTPs sent to both.

Can I edit the ‘Create an Account’ details?

No, account details once created cannot be edited.

What is the next step after 'Create an Account’?

Login using your credentials. Complete the five sections: Personal Details, Other Details, Educational Qualifications, Upload Documents, Preview & Submit. Only details from ‘Create an Account’ cannot be edited.

Can I use mobile for filling up the application?

Some application features may not work properly on mobile. It is advised to use Desktop/Laptop.

What is the procedure to login?

Enter your registered mobile number and email ID, followed by password and captcha.

Can I submit a common application for other posts?

Yes. You can apply for multiple posts in the same RRB if you meet the qualification for each.

What is the use of application Registration Number?

The Registration Number is needed for all further recruitment stages and correspondence. Keep it safely till the end of the process.

What is the crucial date for PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) certificate?

The disability certificate must be possessed on or before the closing date, i.e., 08.09.2025.

Can I apply to more than one RRB?

No. Applications to more than one RRB will be rejected and you will be debarred from all future exams of RRB and RRC.

Can I submit multiple applications to the same RRB?

No. Multiple applications to the same RRB will be rejected and you will be debarred.

I have undergone LASIK surgery. Am I eligible to apply?

Candidates with LASIK surgery are only eligible for posts requiring Medical Standards B1.

Why is DigiLocker/Aadhaar verification required?

For a smooth recruitment process and to avoid impersonation during CBT. Aadhaar details are not shared with any third party.

What should I do if I don’t have Aadhaar?

Authenticate identity using DigiLocker or Aadhaar during account creation or use ‘Verify Aadhaar’ option when filling the application.

If I have changed my name, what document should I produce?

Produce a Gazette Notification or relevant legal document for name change during DV.

What should I do if I forgot the login password?

Use 'Forgot Password' on the login page. Enter your registered email or mobile and DOB. A new password will be sent to your email.

Can I change my password?

Yes, login with old password and use ‘Change Password’ on the application page.

Can I change my ‘Chosen RRB’?

No, you cannot change your chosen RRB after submission.

Can I edit my details during the application process?

How do I avail ‘Free Travel Authority’?

SC/ST candidates should opt ‘Yes’ for free travel during application and provide nearest railway station, and upload caste certificate.

How can I receive the free travel facility?

SC/ST candidates’ e-call letter will have this pass, which is used for booking train tickets along with caste certificate.

I am unable to upload Caste Certificate.

What is EBC? What benefits are given to EBC candidates?

Economically Backward Class (EBC) are those with annual family income less than Rs. 50,000 or holders of BPL card.The candidates are given the Fee concession benefits only.

What if a candidate fails to produce EBC Certificate?

If availing fee concession as EBC, produce valid certificate at DV, else candidature will be rejected.

Are there reserved posts for EBC?

No, only fee concession is applicable, not reservation.

Who are included as minorities?
